Aleksandra joined Knowles Husain Lindsay in 2012 and was appointed as a director in 2013. 

Aleksandra heads up the commercial department.  Her practice area is commercial and company law and corporate structures, with additional expertise in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and security transactions and a wide spectrum of commercial arrangements. 

She has advised a mining industry client on construction arrangements with a contract value of more than R1billion. She also a regularly contributes articles and presentations for the benefit of offshore investors on conducting business in South Africa.
