Errol is one of the founding partners of KHL and has more than 50 years of experience. 

His practice area is corporate and commercial litigation, with additional expertise in banking, business and company law, communications and media, constitutional law, information technology, and stock exchange practice.

He has represented clients in matters before the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and various South African Superior Courts. He also has extensive experience in resolving disputes by way of arbitration and mediation. 

Errol has been recognised by Best Lawyers for litigation for many years. The publication awarded him the title of “Lawyer of the Year” in litigation in 2019. He received the Global Law Experts Award in 2020 and was endorsed as a recommended lawyer in dispute resolution by PLC Which Lawyer.  He was also the Leading Individual in the Legal 500 EMEA for 2018 and was ranked in the Global Chambers and Partners for 2018.
